Megan Thee Stallion is known for making Hot Girl Summer a trend and she set about the rules herself that you have to be unapologetically yourself. Are you ready for some fun ideas to be the best Hot Girl you can be?

Be your best self.
Being your best self means being you! And like Megan Thee Stallion says, you should be unapologetically you! Don’t care about what others think, you’ve been cooped up inside so long, no one is thinking about you out on the streets. Wear your fun outfits, put on a crown, wear those leggings that make you feel good. You are a queen and just be that fabulous person you are!
Practice Self Care.
Be aware of what you need. Don’t just dive into the social life you had before the pandemic, take baby steps back into your former life. I’m one of those people who was NEVER home before the pandemic, but I discovered during COVID, I actually like my house, and I need to recharge at home to feel the most rested. Give Yourself a Makeover.
You don’t need to do anything drastic, but think about some little thing you’d like to change to feel more confident! Maybe you can get your hair cut after a year and a half without it, or get your nails done, try a new hairstyle, or put on a new lip color. This makeover is about you feeling your best, and when you’re confident, you project that hot girl flair!

Go on an Adventure.
Go do something wild! Go in a hot air balloon, try that super high rollercoaster, go visit a landmark in your own city. Try something new! When you break up the routine, you get your brain and body moving in new ways. Try something new, you’ll have something to talk about, and you’ll smile!
Find that Exercise Routine that makes you Feel Your Best!
This doesn’t have to be running a marathon. You should find something feasible that you can do everyday, and that might mean mixing it up. Try Yoga on one day, and barre the next, or simply go for a walk! It doesn’t have to be the craziest thing you’ve ever tried, do something that you can consistently come back to in order to make it part of your daily routine.
Mix up the Routine.
If you work from home and then make dinner, watch some Netflix, then go to bed, why not try something new! Cook something different, watch that new documentary you wouldn’t normally watch, have a dinner picnic in your backyard, go for a walk during your lunch hour. Do something that keeps you engaged and keeps you from being bored of the same old, same old.
Keep Safety in Mind.
Remember, that in order to be a hot girl, you have to remember to keep the pandemic in mind. There’s still the variant and all hot girls are vaxxed, but maybe match your mask to your outfit? Keep great smelling hand sanitizer in all of your purses, I love the lavender one from Trader Joe’s. Make sure you mask up in crowded places, why not help others!
Stretch Your Brain.

Sign up for a beach trash pickup, go campaign for a cause, host a sit-in, hot girls care about the planet and you can even do that in quick and easy ways. Try finding an easier way to sort your recycling with separate bins, grab that metal straw that you can throw in your purse, or even just try your best to reduce the number of plastic bottles you buy. You can be the change with just these small actions.
Go for your Goals.
Hot girls are ready to take on the world. Make a list of what you want and then break down that list into achievable actions. Mine is to look hot, and stop wearing pajamas all day. Ok, so I have to exercise more, I made a list to exercise once a day and then I check it off!
