All I want is soup. I’ve had black bean soup, tortilla soup, bone broth, chicken noodle soup, carrot ginger soup, pea soup, and heaps of ramen during my COVID self isolation time. Soup warms up the soul; it’s almost a hug for your insides.

Whenever I was sick when I was little, my mom heated up some Chicken Noodle, or my favorite Chicken Stars, and so I have this association with this heated meal that is about comfort, feeling better, and in my mind, maybe eating it will make the world feel a little better.

This month, in our recipes, we’re focusing on soup, and some of the hard ones that can take some time on those boring weekends. Try a new soup!
