Developing the Sonia Series, a physical training and coaching platform for anyone, all over the world, Sonia Hare has grown so much in the past couple of years as she realized she needed to move her business online during the pandemic.
Growing up in the ballet world, she started to move to early, at her parents fitness gyms and also in the ballet studio. She continued to dance throughout college, but realizing a career in dance was limited, she shifted over to the part of the training she loved, the physical and mental benefits of the physical sport of dancing. So now as a certified fitness trainer and creating her own company from scratch, she’s talking to Weekly Woman today about how she did it during a pandemic and what keeps her going.
