As a woman in my early thirties, I never thought that my monthly menstrual cycle would have such a profound impact on my life. However, before I found Jubilance for PMS, I felt that my PMS was ruining my life.

Every month, I dreaded the arrival of my period, knowing that the days leading up to it would be filled with physical discomfort, emotional instability, and cognitive fog. My PMS symptoms included headaches, cramps, bloating, breast tenderness, mood swings, irritability, anxiety, and sadness. Some months, the symptoms were mild and manageable, but other months, they were so severe that I struggled to get out of bed.

The physical symptoms of PMS made it difficult to carry out everyday tasks. On days when my cramps were at their worst, I could barely stand up straight, let alone go to work or take care of my home. The bloating and breast tenderness made me feel self-conscious and uncomfortable in my own skin. It’s challenging to feel confident and capable when your body is working against you.

The emotional symptoms of PMS were the most challenging to deal with. The mood swings could be intense, and I often felt like I was on a rollercoaster of emotions. I could go from feeling happy and content one minute to angry and irritable the next. The anxiety and sadness that accompanied PMS could be all-consuming, making it difficult to focus on anything else. The simplest tasks felt overwhelming, and it was hard to find joy in anything.

The cognitive symptoms of PMS were also challenging to deal with. As a writer I rely on my ability to think clearly and creatively to do my job. However, during the days leading up to my period, my brain felt like it was in a fog. I struggled to concentrate and to come up with ideas. It was frustrating to feel like I was not living up to my potential because of something that was out of my control.

Over time, my PMS had started to impact my relationships. I snapped at my partner for no reason, I canceled plans with friends because I didn’t feel up to it, and I struggled to be present with my family. It wasn’t fair to them, and it was not fair to me.

I know that I’m not alone in my struggle with PMS. Millions of women around the world deal with similar symptoms every month. However, that knowledge doesn’t make it any easier to deal with. It’s frustrating to feel like my body is working against me, and it’s disheartening to know that there’s not much I can do to prevent it.  Until now.

I’ve started to take steps to manage my PMS symptoms. I’m a huge advocate of Jubilance for PMS, I started taking it a couple of years ago and it helps my PMS so much.  Jubilance is the PMS supplement that is clinically tried to help reduce the PMS mood swings like PMS anxiety, PMS stress, and PMS sadness; and since trying it, I realized that I needed to help other women with their PMS symptoms too. I struggled so much during college with my emotions, and when I tried this supplement, I was finally able to feel like myself and not be ruled by my emotions.  I now work for Jubilance because I wanted to shout about this supplement to every lady I knew, and I have.  Jubilance makes me feel more like me.
