Angharad Davies is a Nutritionist who started Bloom Nutritional Therapy to look at each individual and see how they can feel their best with the foods they eat.
Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance, and individual care, something Angharad is familiar with.
Angharad comes from Wales, growing up on a farm she learned about how food was sourced and became interested in how nutrients come to our body. She focuses on helping women and menstruators so they can feel great during the four phases of the menstrual cycle, but also during peri menopause and menopause.
