This has been a year of Transitions, and no one knows better than Sam Barlow. Training for the Olympics, practically since birth, she gave up her 2020 kayaking dreams when the pandemic hit. She had to figure out what her life looked like after such a single-minded quest and found that she had other passions. She talks about transitioning, making the most out of your time, and womanhood.

Leading the podcast Weekly Woman, she loves her candid conversations with women from all over the world about how they live and the amazing things they are doing to make a difference.
