Laura Murphy is the Director of Education and Awareness at IAPMD (the International Association for Premenstrual Disorders.

Suffering from PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) herself she came to the organization first as a moderator online and then joined the team becoming an integral part of the organization telling her story and creating educational campaigns.

Laura joins us to chat about the differences between PMDD and PMS, her own journey with PMDD, as well as the amazing work of IAPMD.
