These might be the answer to your snacking dreams. If you love Deviled eggs, it’s time to lean into the devilishness of the eggs, making them perfect for October. We’ll add some fun pumpkin to the recipe too to keep it fun for this Fall season!

 

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 chives
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice

 

Directions:

  1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover with enough water so that there is about 2 inches of water above the eggs.
  2. Boil the water and then put on low for one minute.
  3. Turn off the heat and then leave covered for 15 minutes.
  4. Then rinse under cold water for 1 minute.
  5. Crack eggs shells and slice the eggs in half lengthwise.
  6. Remove the egg yolks and put them in a bowl with the egg whites on a plate.
  7. Mash the egg yolks and then add the mayo, salt, pepper, and vinegar.
  8. Put the egg yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  9. Sprinkle the eggs with pumpkin pie spice for that pumpkin flavor
  10. cut the chives into short ½ inch pieces and add to the top of the eggs to make a “pumpkin”
