It is no secret that Bridgerton is filled with many beautiful and peaceful moments, but surrounded by such are those opposite to positivity.
Some find it hard to put to words, but for many the strong emotions that churn and well into anxiety, stress, anger, or sadness can be called premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
With this potentially debilitating state, it’s important to seek refuge in those that garner knowledge. With pleasure we present to you the elixirs to life and contentment.
1. Tea Time
When life feels too fast to grasp, take tea in the parlor and allow yourself to taste each sip. Let your mind slow and your thoughts also. Giving yourself a break for a moment to enjoy a cup of tea, may just be the relief to the ache you feel.
2. Repose by the Garden
Similar to tea, the garden can be a guide to lost feelings and thoughts. Let yourself breathe in the fresh air provided to you by your flowers, trees, bushes, and shrubs. Stepping outside and away from the space that holds stress can bring a new light of peace into your day.
3. Escape to the Country Estate
When the nature paths familiar to you become a chore, escape to the country estate. For those lacking of such an estate, find refuge in traveling or visiting a relative. Indulging in another location altogether may be the recipe your body has been longing for.
4. Have a Ball
If the time and space presents itself, have a ball! Get your closest friends together and enjoy a night of dance and laughter. Allowing yourself to let loose and have fun for a night could bring you the mental relief you didn’t know you needed.
5. Treasure Loved Ones
When all else fails, seek comfort from your loved ones. Sometimes your mother, father, brother, or sister might have the right thing to say. Struggling with feelings and emotions can be overwhelming by yourself, but reaching out to friends or family may be the answer to the chaos.
